How it works

  • Reach out to us with your problem. The more details the better!

    We are a one person office, so we encourage people to read our FAQs before reaching out.

    We always encourage folks to reach out to many companies at this stage.

  • Once you’ve enquired we’ll evaluate your problem. We may follow up with questions, and then decide if it’s something we can help you with.

  • Adam will call you to chat through the details of the job.

    He may want to do a walkthrough to understand the full scope of the job.

    We make sure everyone is on the same page before proceding.

  • Elizabeth will communicate via email to get a start date on the calendar.

  • The electrician(s) will come do the work!

  • We bill via email. We charge time and material (unless travel is applicable).

    We bill for work to date. For ongoing projects this may mean multiple invoices.
