Where do you work?

We typically travel to the following towns:

Warren, Waldoboro, Friendship, Cushing, Union, Thomaston, South Thomaston, St. George, Owl’s Head, Rockland, Rockport, Camden, and North Haven Island (see dedicated FAQ section)

You may certainly inquire if you do not live in one of these towns, but we may not take the work or charge travel fees.

What days are you closed?

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm

We observe the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

During the winter months be aware we do have the occasional snow day.

Who do I call for an electric water heater or sump pump issue?

With electric water heaters and sump pumps the problem could need an electrician or a plumber.

However, usually it is a plumbing issue. Anything within the unit itself is a plumber’s domain. Simply put, we are not trained nor does our insurance cover this work. Please call a plumber first.
