How do I pay?

This is not a physical location open to the public, just a mailing address.

What do you charge?

We charge time and material. That comprises of an hourly rate per electrician and parts used. This may include time needed to purchase your parts on the day of the work.

This is all tallied after the day of work for the time worked and material used.

How will I receive my bill?

We bill strictly through email. If you do not check your email regularly, please make a point to following our visit. Your bill will detail the labor and the parts used.

When do you bill?

We bill on a rolling basis. So you can expect your bill as soon as the day after our visit.

If it is a larger project we will bill periodically throughout the duration of the project. A general rule is every 2-3 days of work.

Will you remind me about my bill?

We remind via the same email to which we sent the bill after 30 days. We’ve never had to follow up more than once.
